This website (yespf.com.au) is run by Old Kent TY Pty Ltd trading as Yes Property & Finance Services ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. Using the site
Use the site lawfully and fairly. Don't:
- copy, scrape or harvest listings or other content in bulk, or use automated tools to do so;
- try to get into parts of the site you're not allowed into, or interfere with its security or operation;
- upload anything harmful, misleading or unlawful, or pretend to be someone else;
- use the site to send spam or to contact sellers behind our back about businesses we're marketing.
We can suspend or block access if someone breaks these terms.
3. General information only
Content on this site, including listings, town profiles, guides, calculators and the buyer quiz, is general information only. It isn't financial, credit, tax, legal or valuation advice, and it doesn't take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. See our Disclaimer.
4. No reliance
Listing information mostly comes from sellers and third parties and hasn't been independently checked by us. Don't rely on it alone: make your own enquiries and get independent professional advice before you buy, sell, lend or borrow.
5. Intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, the content on this site, including text, design, logos and photos. Listing material (descriptions, photos, plans and documents) remains the property of its owners, such as sellers, photographers and landlords. Forms and documents published by third parties, including REIQ forms, remain the property of their owners. You can view and print pages for your own personal use, but you can't copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.
6. The War Room
Access to the War Room (our private data room) is by request only. Trent decides every request himself and can decline or end access at any time. Before you get access you must sign our Prospective Buyer Agreement, a confidentiality agreement, and that agreement governs how you can use what's inside. Access is personal to you, view-only, watermarked and time-limited. Don't share your link or documents. See our War Room Privacy Collection Notice.
7. Guides and course purchases
Digital guides and templates are sold by Old Kent TY Pty Ltd trading as Yes Property & Finance Services, with payment processed by Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Your purchase is for your own use; please don't share or resell the files. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Links to other sites
We link to other websites, such as listing portals, lenders and government sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, and we don't promise the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the goods or services again, or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies when you use the site.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
